BMR kalkuleta


Wannan kalkuleta zai taimaka muku don gano adadin kuzarin da aka kashe yayin hutawa a cikin yanayi mai tsaka tsaki. Don kiyaye ayyukan jiki masu mahimmanci dole ne a kashe wasu kuzari. Hanya mai sauƙi don kimanta adadin kuzarin da aka ƙone.
