  • Exercise regularly
  • Reduce your car usage and if you can take walk instead. Tak stairs instead of elevator. Thirty minutes of daily exercise reduce chance of heart attack by 60%.

  • Have a stable sleep routine
  • Then your body could regenerate more easily. If you do not carry out successful sleep cycles over an extended period of time (48+ hours) you can seriously affect your physical and mental health.
